EXCEPTIONS)*
- Stalled and turned-out daily (weather permitting)
- Horses groomed prior to morning turn-out
- Horses groomed prior to nightly stall
- Stalls cleaned daily with fresh shavings as needed
- Feed, hay, and fresh water daily (feedings approximately 12 hours apart)
- Supplements and medication given in accordance with veterinarian/owner instructions.
- Blanketed in accordance with owners instructions
- Worming by management staff (all horses will be wormed on the same date/new boarders will be worked into the current schedule)
- Staff assistance with your horse for Ferrier, veterinarian, as needed while owner is working or unable to be available.
PASTURE BOARD $175.00/month

- Run-in shed provided
- Horse will remain in the pasture to graze
- Supplements and medication given in accordance with veterinarian/owner instructions.
- Feed, hay and fresh water daily (approximately 12 hours apart)
- Worming by management staff (all horses will be wormed on the same date/new boarders will be worked into the current schedule)
LEASING - Leasing allows individuals to lease a
horse on a month to month basis for refining their
riding skills. The horses must remain on the property of
Tranquility Farm. The leaser must demonstrate to a staff
member they are capable of handing the horse in a
compromising situation, as well as, demonstrate an
adequate skill level of riding. The leaser must provide
Tranquility Farm with a schedule of riding times in
advance for the month of leasing so the leased horse
will not be used as a school horse during the hours of
leasing. There will be no contract on leasing.
Individuals may lease as often or as little as needed
for their enjoyment.
